A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Workshop had been done by us in METU- NCC as a facilitator within METU-NCC Strategic Planning Studies with a great number of participants chosen from shareholder groups. After this workshop, with the contributions of the participants, and considering the internal and external factors, important inputs were gained in order to develop plans and strategies to benefit from the current strengths and opportunities at a top level and to minimize the threats and the effect of areas open for improvement. A web page was designed and submitted including these inputs’ statistical analysis report and the workshop information.
