Regarding the CobiT Assessment Project completed before, the formation of MIS Department’s Processes and Documentation has became a priority to leverage lacking process maturity. This Project aims to establish a Quality Management System in conformity with ISO 9001 Standart; in which SDD-MIS Department employees would be able to form and document their processes, to keep them up to date, to function in line with them and, by using monitoring and measurement techniques, to build a structure of defined processes turning into a Continuously Improving QMS.  In addition to Process Analysis, QMS Documentation and a day to day functioning QMS set-up phases; a supporting software compatible with the current infrastructure is provided within the Project scope; including the Internal Quality Audit module.
