Consultancy on establishing an integrated MIS based on the process analysis and design, regarding the management and coordination of the international donor (such as World Bank and EU) financed projects. Perform business requirements analysis including identification of bottlenecks and improvement areas for effectiveness, efficiency and economy, Design optimized and sometimes new processes for future needs and expansion, Develop requirements for knowledge management including knowledge production and integration into the organization, which will enable better coordination and innovation, management decision support, and process integration for competitive advantage, Develop process management infrastructure requirements, integrated with project cycle management, electronic document management, financial management, human resources management, knowledge management and quality management. Develop requirements for an integrated solution, including operational, technology (hardware, software, and services) and capacity building requirements. Develop Terms of Reference.
