Inventorying of all services and processes in all government agencies; modelling several of the processes identified with the help of Extended Event Driven Process Chain technique; and execution via transforming the model to a Business Process Management tool also allowing us to perform business activity monitoring.
The project is unique in Turkey because of not only combining multiple disciplines, but also resulting in an applicable model at government service delivery, Ontology Driven Government Services Inventory and Business Process Management, was published by Springer, Enterprise, Business-Process and Information Systems Modeling Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing, 2010, Volume 50
