According to the Schedule of Making Starategic Plan, consultancy sevice is presented to carry out the method and process consultancy activities, analysis about the topics such as,

 
  • Organising the meetings between the center ve country organization and stakeholder institution for improving the mission, the vision, the  principles, the stratagic aim and the goal proposals
  • Prepearing the study of plan and deciding the last version of it according to final assetments
  • Making the budget about the activities and projects to achieve the goals and the aims of the plan, observing and assessing
  • To build the technologic infrastructure needed to apply the Strategic Plan; the system and need analysing, writing the technical specifications according to the processes, contract management, education services about project management, constructing the analysis model and determining the need of Information Technology, procurement consultancy, controlling service,  external data need, protocolize with other corporations
