The contract objectives had been set out as follows:·         Technical assistance for assessment of networking administration, digital signature, data security, data management systems, software development, IT project management by using COBIT.·         Highly specialised IT training to the IT Department of the Ministry, and GD of Judicial Records and Statistics.·         In judicial statistics, technical assistance on data storage systems design, data elaboration methodology, identification on new methodologies.·         Three study visits to EU member states with the themes that was identified during the assessment studies.The project delivered all necessary services to meet the objectives noted above successfully.
